New Work
All single ply membranes are ideal for use on all roof shapes. Designing a complex building with varying roof geometry can be problematical, especially at interface. Easyseal can specify complete roof design with the emphasis on working with the architect to achieve the design brief.

Refurbishment
Membranes are ideal for replacement or overlaying of existing roofs. Easyseal can carry out roof survey work to ascertain whether the roof needs replacing. A roof overlay will save a large amount of disturbance and expense.

Performance / Guarantee
Single ply membranes are unique in that the nature of their composition and manufacture provides high performance characteristics. All completed work comes with an insurance backed 15 year warranty. A 20 year latent defect insurance can also be available on request.

Maintenance
Single ply roofing requires no special maintenance other than monitoring and cleaning of gutters and outlets.
