Asbestos Renovation & Encapsulation
Here at Easyseal UK we understand the dangers of Asbestos and that
dealing with Asbestos requires highly trained personnel. All our
work is strictly controlled and carried out by Health & Safety
guidelines and regulations.
Asbestos Renovation
The area is cleaned to remove all moss and lichens using
on of two methods:
a) by using a biocide and scapers
b) by using high pressure water and a filtration system
Any badly damaged areas are replaced using non-asbestos cement
fibre sheets tomatch the existing profile.
Any necessary minor repairs are carried out using a cementitous
repair compound.
All debris is double bagged and removed from site in specially
designated asbestos skips.
Encapsulation
A high performance waterproof coating is applied by either roller
or airless spray. This gives a seamless, flexible, long lasting
finish that is tough and quickly resistant to rainfall.
